Texas Game

Michelle and Brett went to Michelle's first Texas game this weekend. She had bought Brett tickets for the game for his birthday back in July.  Originally, she had asked her friends which game to buy for, Baylor or Iowa St.  Someone told her Iowa St., but she later regretted that decision because Baylor probably would've been the better game... on any other year. 


Needless to say, we were unhappy with the outcome. 


We parked a few blocks away on top of a parking garage and had a few beers and people-watched before beginning the trek to the stadium.  The crowd was verbal and rowdy, just like a college crowd should be, and we were close to the student section which added some... flavor... to the experience.


It had been a while since Michelle had been to a college game so it was wonderful to be around that atmosphere again.  Plus it was great to experience this together.  We plan to make it a yearly event and perhaps next time we'll bring some friends and do some more serious tailgating.
