Thanksgiving 2010

For Thanksgiving this year, we travelled to Texarkana, TX on Wednesday night to spend the evening with Brett's folks and then Thursday morning we headed up to Fayetteville, AR.  The Guillot side of Brett's family get's together every year at a different location and this year.  This year Jerry and Sandra hosted in their beautiful new house.

It was a bit overwhelming for Michelle to learn all the family names, so she created a chart with the help of Emily.

We had a great time.  Lots of new little family members, way too much eating, and we got to spend time with Mimi Rose (Brett's paternal grandma).  Maryanne, Emily and Mimi Rose treated us to a holiday song.  Wow, their voices are beautiful. We were truly blown away.

We spent the night in Fayetteville and then drove back to Texarkana.  Saturday, Vicki's family came by and we had yet another Thanksgiving feast.  Our bellies are still recovering from all the good food.

All in all it was a wonderful trip and so good to see family.
